Everest Hotel Brokers, LLC., is Michigan's oldest hotel brokerage firm operated by Arvind R Patel, CHB with over 21 years of real estate experience in listing and selling hotels, motels and inns.

The internal strength of Everest Hotel Brokers, LLC., is our will and focus on next step that takes our clients to summit, whether is a sale or acquisition for them. The external strength is our affiliation of a team of hospitality experts those are dedicated to client representation and hotel motel owners.

Arvind R Patel Joined Chapin-Broad & Upton, one of the original five founding members of Motel Brokers Association of America (MBAA), today known as HBI ( Hotel Broker's International ) in 1985. While firm's focus was large full service hotels, under counsel of  Mr. Barrett J Broad , Mr. Patel found a niche  in the lower end of market, driven by family operators. As result of his dedicated and quality efforts most of his first time hotel buyers have grown  into multiple property owners today.

In 1989 Mr. Patel accepted an invitation from  Mr. Michael Leven who at the time was a president of Days Inn of America Inc, to be part of the inception of the Asian American Hotel Owners Association in Atlanta, Georgia and became a member of AAHOA. Arvind was a member of the first Certified Hotel Broker class and received the CHB Designation in 1995.

In November 1999 the firm's HBI membership was transferred to Arvind R Patel, CHB and shortly thereafter renamed Everest Hotel Brokers, LLC.
